Shipping policy

Where we ship. EEUU, Australia, Canada and UK

Order processing. Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time. Estimated delivery is [8 to 12] business days after processing. Total time = processing + transit.

Shipping cost. Calculated at checkout based on destination. Free Shipping for the purchase of bundles comprising 2 or more items

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays. Carrier delays, weather, peak periods, and (for international) customs can affect delivery. We'll keep you posted if anything comes up.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or missing packages. If tracking hasn't updated in [7] days, or your package shows delivered but is missing, email aurelle.store.info@gmail.com and we'll help.
